Security Act be REVERSED and REMANDED to the Commissioner of Social Security pursuant

to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Upon remand, the Appeals Council will instruct the
Administrative Law Judge to give further consideration to the opinion evidence; to further
consider the residual functional capacity; to offer the claimant an opportunity for a new hearing;
to take any further action needed to complete the administrative record; and to issue a new
decision.
