Exchange Commission, it is hereby ORDERED that the Answer to the
amended complaint filed by Swiss Real Estate International
Holding (doc. no. 41) is stricken as it appears to be filed by a
person who is not an attorney admitted to practice in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s time within
which to serve the First Amended Complaint on Defendant Sacho
Todorov Dermendjiev is extended by 60 days.
