P la in tiff's Motion to Strike Defendants' Briefs (Docket No. 147) is DENIED; The Motions of Defendants Designer Yarns and Debbie Bliss to Set Aside D e fa u lts (Docket Nos. 118 and 120) are GRANTED, and the Defaults entered a ga in s t these Defendants are VACATED; T h e Motions of Defendants Filatura, Designer Yarns, and Debbie Bliss to Dismiss fo r Insufficient Service (Docket Nos. 113, 119, and 121) are GRANTED IN P A R T AND DENIED IN PART as follows: a. Service of process on Defendants Filatura, Designer Yarns, and Debbie B lis s is QUASHED; P la in tiff shall have sixty (60) days from the date of this Order to effect p ro p e r service on the above Defendants.
