AND NOW, this 19th day of July, 2012, upon consideration of (1) the Motion by
Defendants Knitting Fever, Inc., Sion Elalouf, and Jay Opperman for Summary Judgment on
Counts IV and V of Plaintiff’s Complaint (Docket No. 340), Plaintiff The Knit With’s Response
(Docket No. 371), Defendants’ Reply Brief (Docket No. 379), and Plaintiff’s Sur-reply Brief
(Docket No. 393), it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED.

JUDGMENT IS ENTERED in favor of the Defendants and against Plaintiff on all
remaining causes of action in the Complaint.
