Kravis's supplemental cause of action under the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Count II, is DISMISSED without prejudice to Plaintiff's right to re-file in Pennsylvania state court. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to mark the above-captioned case CLOSED.
