No. 147), Plaintiffs’ Response in Opposition to the Motion to Strike (Doc. No. 149), and Defendants’ Reply (Doc. No. 149), and in accordance with the Opinion of the Court issued this day, it is ORDERED as follows: 1. Plaintiffs’ Corrected Motion for Class Certification (Doc. No. 116) is DENIED. 2. Defendants’ Motion to Strike (Doc. No. 147) is GRANTED. 3. The Opinion of the Court dated August 16, 2016 shall be filed UNDER SEAL.1 4.
