ORDER
I have reviewed the plaintiff’s motion for discovery (Doc. No. 204) and the
defendant’s response (Doc. No. 206). For the reasons described in my Memorandum

Opinion filed with this Order, it this on this ___ day of July, 2017, hereby
ORDERED
that
1.
Subject and pursuant to the Stipulations and Orders entered into by the
parties on September 16, 2011 (Doc. No. 52) and on October 9, 2015 (Doc. No. 149),
KRA shall provide copies of invoices, with detailed time entry support, for legal fees and
expenses incurred during this litigation, by July 26, 2017. KRA may elect whether to
turn over all invoices, or only those related to the issues identified in Exhibit “A.” Doc.
No. 204-1. On July 26, 2017 KRA shall file a notice stating whether it will turn over all
invoices or only those related to the issues identified in Exhibit “A.”
2.
Philadelphia Work Development Corporation (PWDC) shall file a
supplemental reply to KRA’s Opposition (Doc. No. 198) to PWDC’s Amended Motion
For Attorney Fees, Expenses, And For An Amended Judgment (Doc. No. 191) by August
2, 2017. The supplemental reply shall incorporate any additional information revealed
through discovery. The reply shall be no more than 12 pages, exclusive of attachments.
3.
PWDC shall file a response to the plaintiff’s supplemental reply by August
9, 2017. The response shall be no more than 12 pages, exclusive of attachments.
