AND NOW, this 24th day of July, 2017, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ motion
for class certification and appointment of class counsel, (ECF. No. 54), is DENIED.
It is further ORDERED as follows:
1. Defendant’s motion to preclude the expert testimony of Timothy Ulatowski, (ECF
No. 104), is GRANTED;
2. Defendant’s motion to preclude the expert testimony of Steven Hazel, (ECF No. 124),
is GRANTED; and
3. Plaintiffs’ motion to preclude the expert testimony of Eric Gaier, Ph.D., (ECF No.
125), is DENIED—all in accordance with this Court’s accompanying memorandum.
