Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to File a Reply is GRANTED. Plaintiff’s proposed
Reply Brief, attached to her Motion as Exhibit 1, shall be deemed filed as of the
date of this Order.

The Motions to Dismiss filed by Defendants Philadelphia Housing Authority,
Pennsylvania Institute of Affordable Housing Professionals, PHA-Tenant Support
