Alliance Financial Corporation’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Second Amended Complaint (Docket
No. 20), Defendants Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc. and Bank of America Corporation’s Motion
to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Second Amended Complaint (Docket No. 19), Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave
to File Third Amended Complaint (Docket No. 24), and all documents filed in connection therewith,
and for the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as
follows:

Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to File Third Amended Complaint is GRANTED.

Defendant World Alliance Financial Corporation’s Motion to Dismiss is
DISMISSED AS MOOT.
