of Law in support thereof, and Plaintiffs’ response thereto, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED
and DECREED that Defendant’s Motion is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all further proceedings in this matter are hereby
stayed until 30 days after the final adjudication by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict
Litigation of the National Football League’s Motion for Transfer and Coordination or
Consolidation of this action and certain other actions pending in the United States District
Court for the Central District of California pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407.
