ORDER GRANTING PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION
This matter came before the Court on February __, 2012, on Plaintiffs’ Motion for
Limited Expedited Discovery, Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction Against
John Doe, supporting memorandum of law, and Plaintiffs’ declarations and exhibits. The Court,
having considered the Motion, memorandum in support, and all other evidence presented by
Plaintiffs, and any opposition thereto, holds that the Motion is GRANTED, and:
1.
Plaintiffs will suffer irreparable harm if John Doe continues publication of
Plaintiffs’ copyrighted materials on his “Korean Dating Bloggers” website, which is located at
http://www.secretlivessexbloggers.blogspot.com/;
2.
Plaintiffs are likely to succeed on the merits of their claims for copyright
infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 502(a);

The balance of hardships tips in Plaintiffs’ favor; and
5.

Plaintiffs lack an adequate remedy at law;
The public interest weighs in favor of the requested relief;
Accordingly, this __ day of _____________, 2012, IT IS SO ORDERED that:
1.
Defendant John Doe, his agents, officers, employees, and representatives, and all
persons acting in concert or participating with him, shall be enjoined from any further
publication of Plaintiffs’ copyrighted materials, which are currently being displayed at
http://www.secretlivessexbloggers.blogspot.com/, including but not limited to any further
publication of the copyrighted materials online.
2.
If Defendants elect to file Plaintiffs’ copyrighted materials as an exhibit in this
action, they should do so under seal.
