ORDER GRANTING PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION This matter came before the Court on February __, 2012, on Plaintiffs’ Motion for Limited Expedited Discovery, Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction Against John Doe, supporting memorandum of law, and Plaintiffs’ declarations and exhibits. The Court, having considered the Motion, memorandum in support, and all other evidence presented by Plaintiffs, and any opposition thereto, holds that the Motion is GRANTED, and: 1. Plaintiffs will suffer irreparable harm if John Doe continues publication of Plaintiffs’ copyrighted materials on his “Korean Dating Bloggers” website, which is located at http://www.secretlivessexbloggers.blogspot.com/; 2. Plaintiffs are likely to succeed on the merits of their claims for copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 502(a); 3. 4. The balance of hardships tips in Plaintiffs’ favor; and 5. \ Plaintiffs lack an adequate remedy at law; The public interest weighs in favor of the requested relief; Accordingly, this __ day of _____________, 2012, IT IS SO ORDERED that: 1. Defendant John Doe, his agents, officers, employees, and representatives, and all persons acting in concert or participating with him, shall be enjoined from any further publication of Plaintiffs’ copyrighted materials, which are currently being displayed at http://www.secretlivessexbloggers.blogspot.com/, including but not limited to any further publication of the copyrighted materials online. 2.
