With respect to Count I, Defendants’ motion is DENIED.

With respect to Count III’s allegations pertaining to the failure to provide
proper seatbelts, Defendants’ motion is GRANTED.

With respect to Count III’s allegation pertaining to Plaintiffs’ removal from
