Defendant’s motion to dismiss with respect to Plaintiff’s disparate impact claims for
gender discrimination is GRANTED.
Defendant’s motion to dismiss with respect to Plaintiff’s disparate impact claims for race
discrimination is GRANTED without prejudice to Plaintiff’s right to amend.
Defendant’s motion to dismiss with respect to all other claims is DENIED.
