Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Timothy R. Rice, to which no objections
have been filed,1 it is ORDERED:
The Report and Recommendation (Document 12) is APPROVED and
Capobianco’s request for review is DENIED; and
Judgment is entered in favor of the Commissioner.
The Clerk of Court is directed to mark this case CLOSED.
