Sitarski (Docket No. 18), and there being no objections, the Court hereby ORDERS: 1. The Report and Recommendation (Docket No. 18) is APPROVED and ADOPTED; 2. Plaintiff’s Request for Review (Docket No. 14) is GRANTED, and the matter is REMANDED to the Commissioner of Social Security, pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for further proceedings consistent with the Report and Recommendation (Docket No. 18); 3. JUDGMENT IS ENTERED in favor of Plaintiff, REVERSING the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security for the purpose of this remand only; and 4.
