Summary Judgment on Plaintiff’s claim that the Countrywide Mortgage is null and void is GRANTED. The Countrywide Mortgage is valid and enforceable. Judgment is entered in favor of Defendant BAC Home, and against Plaintiff Jesse Scott. B.
