Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment with respect to Plaintiff Markisha Gordon’s claims under the FLSA (ECF No. 104) is GRANTED, and judgment is entered in favor of Defendant Maxim and against Plaintiff Markisha Gordon on Plaintiff’s claims under the FLSA.
