No. 104), and all documents and exhibits submitted in support thereof, and in opposition thereto,
it is ORDERED as follows:
1.
Plaintiff’s Motion for Certification of her claims under the WPCL (ECF No. 73)
is DENIED.
2.
Defendant’s Motion to De-certify the Conditionally Certified Collective Action
Class under the FLSA (ECF No. 100) is GRANTED.
3.
Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment with respect to Plaintiff Markisha
Gordon’s claims under the FLSA (ECF No. 104) is GRANTED, and judgment is
entered in favor of Defendant Maxim and against Plaintiff Markisha Gordon on
Plaintiff’s claims under the FLSA.
