accompanying Memorandum dated February 17, 2016, IT IS ORDERED that defendant’s
Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED and JUDGMENT IS ENTERED IN FAVOR
of defendant, Abbott Laboratories, and AGAINST plaintiff, Clive Baron.
