Reply (Doc. 24), and the record of this case, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED
that Defendants’ Motion is GRANTED 1 and JUDGMENT is ENTERED in favor of
Defendants and against Plaintiff.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall mark the above-captioned
