No. 3), Plaintiffs’ response in opposition, (ECF No. 49), and Defendants’ reply (ECF No. 55), it is ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ Motions to Remand are GRANTED and Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss is DENIED AS MOOT.
