and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Elizabeth T. Hey, and Plaintiff’s
objections thereto, it is hereby ORDERED as follows:
1. The Report and Recommendation is APPROVED and ADOPTED;
2. Plaintiff’s Request for Review of the decision of the Commissioner of the
Social Security Administration is DENIED;
3. Plaintiff’s motion for oral argument (Docket No. 14) is DENIED;
4. Judgment is entered in favor of Defendant, Nancy A. Berryhill, Acting
