forth in the accompanying Memorandum, dated August 1, 2018, IT IS ORDERED that
defendant’s Motion for Summary is GRANTED. JUDGMENT IS ENTERED in FAVOR of
defendant, Abbott Laboratories, and AGAINST plaintiff, Clive Baron.
