Dismiss the Amended Complaint, or in the Alternative, to Transfer Venue (Docket No. 15) and
all documents filed in connection therewith, and for the reasons stated in the accompanying
Memorandum, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is DENIED IN PART AND
GRANTED IN PART as follows:
1.
The Motion is DENIED as to Defendant's request that we dismiss this action for
lack of personal jurisdiction over Defendant pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure
12(b)(2).
2.
The Motion is GRANTED as to Defendant's alternative request that we transfer
this action to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana pursuant to 28
U.S.C. ยง 1404(a).
3.
This case is TRANSFERRED to the United States District Court for the Eastern
District of Louisiana.
