Report and Recommendation of the Honorable Timothy R. Rice, United States Magistrate Judge,
(Dkt No. 16), with no objections thereto having been filed in accordance with Local Rule 72.1
IV(b), it is hereby ORDERED as follows:
1. The Report and Recommendation is APPROVED and ADOPTED;
2. Defendant’s Motion to Remand is GRANTED; and
3. This matter is REMANDED to the Social Security Commission for further
review consistent with the Report and Recommendation.
