Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Count II is DENIED to the extent Plaintiff premises her bad faith claim on Defendant’s alleged unreasonable denial of coverage and GRANTED to the extent Plaintiff premises her bad faith claim on Defendant’s alleged unreasonable investigation of her claim.
