the reasons set forth in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, the motion for summary
judgment is GRANTED. Accordingly, JUDGMENT is entered in favor of Defendants Dr.
Muhammad Golsorkhi and Dr. Ferdinand Christian and against Plaintiff Paul Shifflett.
