Hart, and with no objections being filed, it is hereby ORDERED as follows: 1. The Report and Recommendation is APPROVED and ADOPTED; 2. Plaintiff’s Request for Review of the decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part; 3. This matter is REMANDED to the Commissioner, pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for further proceedings consistent with the Report and Recommendation of Judge Hart; and 4.
