further ORDERED that:

Count II (Violation of the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection
Law) of the Complaint is dismissed with PREJUDICE; and
2.
Count V of the Complaint (Violation of the Truth in Lending Act) is
dismissed with PREJUDICE.
