The Motions to Dismiss (Doc. Nos. 30, 32, 33, 37, 39, 55, 58, and 60) are GRANTED and all claims against these Defendants are DISMISSED. 2. The Motions for Leave to File an Amended Complaint (Doc. Nos. 40 and 61) are DENIED. 3. The claims against Defendant Crosson are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m), for failure to timely serve. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motions for the Production of Documents (Doc. Nos. 41, 42, 44, 45) are DENIED AS MOOT. The Clerk of Court shall mark this case CLOSED.
