No. 43); and for the reasons set forth in the separately filed memorandum opinion, it is hereby ORDERED as follows: 1. The motions to dismiss the amended complaint for failure to state a claim (Doc. Nos. 24, 29, 35, 37, 40) are GRANTED; 2. The “motion requesting continu[a]nce of ‘order to show cause’” (Doc. No. 43) is DENIED; 3. The amended complaint (Doc. No. 16) is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE; 4.
