Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 9) is GRANTED IN PART; and 4. The matter is REMANDED to the Commissioner pursuant to Sentence Four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for further proceedings consistent with the Magistrate Judge’s Report. Berryhill as Defendant in this suit. No further action need be taken to continue this suit by reason of the last sentence of section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
