No. 21) is G R A N T E D with respect to all claims against Corrections Officer S e a n Hetrick and the intentional infliction of emotional distress c la im against Corrections Officer James Zimmerman. Defendants' m o tio n is DENIED with respect to plaintiff's remaining Section 1 9 8 3 claim against Officer Zimmerman. A Final Pretrial Conference shall be held on Friday, May 27, 2011 a t 9:30 a.m., in the United States District Court station in Reading, lo c a te d in The Madison Building, 400 Washington Street. J u ry Selection shall begin on Monday, June 6, 2011 at 9:30 a.m., in th e United States Courthouse in Philadelphia, Courtroom 3B. T ria l in this matter shall commence on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at 9 :3 0 a.m., in Reading. C o u n s e l shall file pretrial memoranda on or before Monday, May 2 3 , 2011. As described in this Court's Policies and Procedures, these m e m o ra n d a should be prepared in accordance with the provisions of L o c a l Rule of Civil Procedure 16.1(c), and should include the f o llo w in g items: a. Such objection shall describe with p a rtic u la rity the ground and the authority for the objection; Deposition testimony (including videotaped deposition te stim o n y)th a t the party intends to offer during its case-inc h ie f . The statement should include citations to the page and lin e number and the opposing party's counter-designations. c. d. e. f. 6. P ro p o s e d Jury Instructions shall be filed on or before Friday, May 2 0 , 2011. Each proposed instruction should be printed on a separate s h e e t of paper, double spaced, and should include citation to specific a u th o rity. Counsel shall submit a copy of the proposed jury in s tru c tio n s to chambers on an IBM-compatible disk in WordPerfect o r Word format.
