Plaintiff=s Objections to the Report and Recommendation are SUSTAINED; 2. Plaintiff=s Request for Review of the partially favorable decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration is GRANTED insofar as it requests that the decision be reversed; 3. JUDGMENT is ENTERED in favor of Plaintiff, REVERSING the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security for the purposes of this remand only; 4. This matter is REMANDED to the Commissioner, pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. ยง 405(g), for further proceedings consistent with the Memorandum Opinion accompanying this Order; and 5.
