IT IS ORDERED that Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss
Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint is granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Count I of plaintiff’s
Amended Complaint is dismissed for failure to state a claim upon
which relief can be granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Counts II through VII of
Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint are dismissed for lack of subject
matter jurisdiction.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall
mark this case closed for statistical purposes.
