IT IS ORDERED that defendants’ motion for summary judgment is granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that judgment is entered in favor of defendants, Repossessors, Inc., Chad Latvaaho, Shady Oak Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Premier Finance Adjusters, and Philip Hourican, and against plaintiff, Heiko Goldenstein, on plaintiff’s Complaint.
