ORDER
AND NOW, this 20th day of July, 2017, upon consideration of Plaintiff’s Motion to
Compel the Discovery Responses of Defendant Lancaster County (Document No. 113),
Defendant Lancaster County’s Response thereto (Document No. 114), and for the reasons
explained in today’s Memorandum, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED as
follows:
1. On or before August 10, 2017, Defendant Lancaster County shall identify for and
produce to Plaintiff all inmate complaints involving medical treatment of an inmate’s
fractured ankle at the Lancaster County Prison from 2009 to 2014.
Qualifying
documents may be determined by using the records Prime Care has already provided
to Lancaster County. Any personal identifying information shall be redacted from the
documents produced and the submissions shall be subject to the confidentiality
agreement the parties have reached.
2. On or before August 10, 2017, Defendant Lancaster County shall identify for and
produce to Plaintiff all inmate complaints against Defendant Todd Bowers involving
medical treatment of inmates’ fractured ankles at the Lancaster County Prison from
2009 to 2014. Lancaster County may determine qualifying documents by using the
records Prime Care has already provided to it. Any personal identifying information,
other than Defendant Todd Bowers’ name, shall be redacted from these submissions,

which shall be subject to the confidentiality agreement the parties have reached.
