Summary Judgment by Defendant Universal Underwriters Insurance Company (Docket
No. 13), Plaintiff’s Response in Opposition (Docket No. 15), Plaintiff’s Motion for
Summary Judgment (Docket No. 14), and Defendants’ Reply (Docket No. 16), it is
hereby ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED and
Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED.
It is further ORDERED that a TELELPHONIC STATUS CONFERENCE is
scheduled for Friday, March 3, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Plaintiff’s counsel shall initiate the
