AND NOW, this 20th day of July, 2017, upon consideration of Defendants’ Motion to
Dismiss, ECF No. 10, and for the reasons set forth in the Opinion issued this date, it is
ORDERED that:
1. Defendants’ Motion, ECF No. 20, is GRANTED;
2. Plaintiff’s Complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice. Plaintiff is granted leave to file
an amended complaint no later than August 21, 2017;
3. Plaintiff’s “Motion to Proceed,” ECF No. 16, is DENIED. 1
