1. The defendants’ motion to dismiss is GRANTED with respect to the plaintiff’s
hostile work environment claim in count one. The hostile work environment
claim is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
2. The defendants’ motion to dismiss is DENIED in all other respects.
