Count I is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office. 4. To the extent that the motion seeks to dismiss Counts II, III, IV, and V, it is GRANTED. 5. Counts II, III, IV, and V are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as to the Case 5:17-cv-01885-TJS Document 149 Filed 12/16/21 Page 2 of 2 Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office. 6. We decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Counts VI, VII, VIII, and IX pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c)(3). 7.
