2. Plaintiff’s Request for Review of the decision of the Commissioner of the Social
Security Administration is DENIED;
3. Judgment is entered in favor of Defendant, Nancy A. Berryhill, Acting Commissioner
of Social Security and against Plaintiff, Michael Patterson; and
