PART and DENIED IN PART as follows:
1. Defendant’s Motion is DENIED with respect to Plaintiff’s retaliatory demotion and
back pay claims.
2. Defendant’s Motion is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiff’s retaliatory failure to
rehire claim.
