The Clerk of Court is instructed to TERMINATE the motion (Doc. 20) in opposition to the motion to disqualify and to AMEND the description accompanying Docket Entry No. 20 to read: "Response to the motion to disqualify (Doc. 17) defendant's counsel." The motion to withdraw (Doc. 28) the motion to disqualify (Doc. 17) is DENIED. The motion to disqualify (Doc. 17) defendant's counsel is GRANTED for the reasons set forth in Local Rule 43.1. 2. 3.
