The requirements of Local Rule 7.8(a) regarding incorporation of briefs by reference with respect to Versatile's Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. 44), that Versatile shall be deemed to have joined the motion to dismiss of The Hershey Company (Dkt. 36) in full, and that both of said motions shall be decided on the basis of the briefs submitted by the parties with respect to Hershey's earlier filed motion. s/ John E.
