ORDER AND NOW, this 22nd day of September, 2010, upon consideration of plaintiff's motion (Doc. 2) for a preliminary injunction to enjoin enforcement of Section 314.2.13 of the East Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance as an unconstitutional violation of the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution, is hereby ORDERED that a hearing on said motion shall commence at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2010, in Courtroom No. 2, Ninth Floor, Federal Building, 228 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
