ORDER ADOPTING in part REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS for 57 Motion for Extension of Time, Motion to Stay filed by Stephen G. Conklin, 58 Report and Recommendations. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT: 1) The court adopts in part the report and recommenda tion of Magistrate Judge Blewitt. 2) The recommendation of Plaintiff's motion to stay (Doc. 57) be denied is adopted and Plaintiff's motion to stay is denied. 3) The recommendation that Plaintiff's request for an extension of time to f ile responses to the motions be granted is not adopted. Plaintiff hs filed responses to the pending motions to dismiss and therefore the request is moot. 4) The matter is remanded to Magistrate Judge Blewitt.Signed by Honorable Sylvia H. Rambo on 7/6/11.
