No. 294) is GRANTED to the extent that the Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of Defendant Specter on all of Plaintiff’s claims arising under federal law. 4) Corrections Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 331) is GRANTED to the extent that the Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of Corrections Defendants on all of Plaintiff’s claims arising under federal law. 5) All of Plaintiffs claims arising under state law are hereby DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. 6) All other pending motions (Doc.
