timely objections being filed, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The Court adopts the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Carlson.
2.
Plaintiff’s motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED and
Plaintiff’s complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice.
3.
Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days to amend her complaint. If Plaintiff fails to
file an amended complaint in the time specified, the Clerk of Court will be
directed to close the case.
