No. 4) and Civil Action No. 13-CV-2841 are construed to be moti ons to proceed without full prepayment of the filing fee, and are granted. 2.The Clerk of Court is directed to consolidate Kirkland v. Kerestes, et al., Civil No. 1:13-CV-2841 into Kirkland v. Kerestes, et al., Civil No. 1:13-CV-2588, and to close Ci vil No. 1:13-CV-2841. The consolidated complaint in 13-2588 is DISMISSED.
